How to synchronize orders to ThisNew?

1 Enter the user Management dashboard, switch to the "Orders" interface, and click the button "Synchronize Order";

2 Select one of the stores(Shopify, Woocommerce or Etsy) and time period that need to be synchronized, and click “OK”, ThisNew system will synchronize the order data of your authorized store (only one store can be synchronized order at a time).

(For example, You need to synchronize the orders from 01.01.2020 to 01.03.2020 in the Shopify store, and set 01.01.2020-01.03.2020 when you select the time period)

P.S. When ThisNew prompts you "Successfully", it means that your orders have been synchronized. It takes some time to synchronize, no extra operation is required during synchronization, you just need to wait for a while.

3 After completing the synchronization of the order, the status of the order will default to "Needs Approval" or "Not Synced",

You need to process these orders on ThisNew platform.

3.1 You need to confirm and place the orders with the order confirmation information of "Needs Approval" status.

Select the order with "Needs Approval" status, click "Edit" on the right to enter the order details page to confirm the order information, select the logistics method, and click the "Pay" button. (If the order contains "unmatched" products, the system will automatically ignore them during paying and only pay for the products that normally match)

P.S. The above picture is the interface of Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy orders which can be distinguished according to the logo in the front of the order.

3.2 When the status is "Processed", you have completed processing this order. The order will be sent to ThisNew factory, waiting for production, quality inspection and delivery. At the same time, the order status of ThisNew and the order status of the Shopify, Woocommerce or Etsy platform are automatically synchronized, which means that the order status of ThisNew will be automatically updated to the Shopify/Woocommerce store, and you do not need to manually configure.

3.3 "Not Synced" order means that the products included in the order cannot be matched with ThisNew's products and cannot be paid (shown below), you can confirm these products by checking the SKU of the order products, or click "Chat" in the lower right corner to contact our online customer service.
